All Sales Are Final

Every HereItisGift product is personalized and made to order. For this reason, all sales are final. Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or personalization mistakes submitted by the customer. Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided production has not already started. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we may replace the affected item or issue a refund. Please keep the item and packaging until the issue is resolved.

Personalization Details

Customers are responsible for verifying all names, initials, dates, colors, sizes, uploaded images, and other personalization details before placing an order. We create each product using the information submitted with the order.

Small variations in color, embroidery placement, engraving, and appearance may occur because of differences in materials, screens, and the handmade production process.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
